Description
The Aquila Triple Whole Home Filtration System is a premium whole-home filtration package designed for residential and light commercial applications where strong flow, dependable performance, and easy maintenance are important. Supplied as a complete package, it includes an Italian-made Triple Jumbo Housing System, a UV-protective wall-mounted cover to help protect the housings, three pressure gauges, and three high-capacity filter cartridges: an Aquila Jumbo Polyspun 5-micron sediment cartridge, an Aquila Jumbo Fibron carbon cartridge, and an Aquila Jumbo ScalePlus+ cartridge.
Connected directly to the mains water supply, the system delivers three stages of jumbo-sized filtration to reduce sediment, chlorine, taste and odour, while helping inhibit scale formation throughout the home. The included pressure gauges make ongoing monitoring easier by allowing pressure changes across the system to be observed, which may help indicate when filter cartridges are due for replacement.
Featuring large 1” BSP inlet and outlet connections, the system is built to support strong flow rates for whole-home use when properly installed. Installation must be completed by a licensed plumber. This package also includes installation by a licensed plumber in the Perth metro area from Mandurah to Alkimos.

Warranty Information
What warranty applies to Aquila Home Filtration products sold by The Sink Warehouse?
Aquila Home Filtration products sold by The Sink Warehouse are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty provided by BWT Australia, subject to the terms and limitations outlined below. BWT Australia warrants that the products supplied will be free from defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase, when used under normal and proper conditions. Warranty periods Residential applications:
7 years total, comprising
1 year parts and labour, plus
6 additional years parts only
Commercial applications:
1 year parts and labour from the date of purchase
Labour and service limitations Where labour is covered, the manufacturer’s warranty is limited to:
Up to one (1) hour of labour, capped at $200, and
Up to one (1) hour of travel time, capped at $50, performed by an authorised service technician.
Any labour, travel time, access costs, or associated expenses beyond these limits are the responsibility of the customer.
The supply of replacement parts required to remedy a confirmed defect is covered in accordance with the applicable warranty period.
Conditions of warranty This warranty applies only where the product has been:
Installed in accordance with the supplied installation instructions,
Used within stated product specifications (including pressure and temperature limits), and
Operated within the intended service life of the product.
The warranty does not cover:
Routine maintenance or replacement of filter cartridges,
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, unauthorised modification, improper installation, or operation contrary to the product’s intended purpose,
Damage resulting from water conditions, pressure, temperature, or operating conditions outside specified limits, or
Use of the product beyond its designed service life.
No liability is accepted where product specifications are exceeded.
Warranty claims process In the event of a suspected defect or non-conformity, the customer must:
Notify The Sink Warehouse in writing,
Provide proof of purchase and installation details, and
Retain and protect the product to allow investigation.
The Sink Warehouse reserves the right, at its discretion, to repair or replace defective components and to determine the most appropriate method of service.

Except where required by Australian Consumer Law, no other warranties apply, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
