PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
The Spring Reno Sale commences on 9am Monday 7 September 2026 and ends in-store 4:00pm AWST on Saturday 17 October 2026, unless extended or withdrawn earlier. The promotion is available online and at participating The Sink Warehouse stores while stocks last.
20% OFF* ALMOST EVERYTHING
Receive 20% off eligible full-priced products during the promotional period.
The 20% discount is calculated from The Sink Warehouse's usual selling price for the relevant product immediately before the promotion. The offer does not apply to products or ranges listed under Separate Promotional Offers or Exclusions below.
10% OFF* KITCHEN CABINETRY
Receive 10% off eligible kitchen cabinetry during the promotional period.
The 10% discount is calculated from The Sink Warehouse's usual selling price for the relevant cabinetry immediately before the promotion. The offer applies to eligible cabinetry products only and excludes delivery, installation, assembly, design services and any other service charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
SEPARATE PROMOTIONAL OFFERS
The following products are not included in the 20% off offer and are subject to their own promotional pricing:
Blanco sinks: 10% to 25% off selected products.
Clearance items: up to 60% off selected products. Individual discounts vary by product and stock availability.
Inset bathtubs: 10% off eligible products.
Whole Home Water Filtration: subject to the separately advertised introductory offer and its applicable terms.
EXCLUSIONS
The following products and ranges are excluded from the 20% off offer and do not receive an additional Spring Reno Sale discount:
· Radiant products.
· Billi tapware and Billi products. Customers who find a lower advertised price may let The Sink Warehouse know; however, this is not a price-match or price-beat guarantee.
· Aquila Water Filters.
· Accessibility and Mobility products.
· Any product already reduced, on clearance, subject to a separate promotion, quoted at a special or negotiated price, or expressly marked as excluded, unless the applicable offer states otherwise.
· Delivery, freight, installation, assembly, design services, labour, extended warranties, spare parts, gift cards and other service charges, unless expressly stated otherwise.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
All offers are subject to product availability and available only while stocks last. No rainchecks apply unless otherwise stated.
Discounts cannot be combined, stacked or used with another offer, promotional code, trade price, commercial price, negotiated price, package price or staff discount unless expressly stated otherwise.
Where more than one promotion could apply to a product, only the single applicable offer identified by The Sink Warehouse will apply.
Discounts apply to the product price only. Delivery, freight, installation, assembly and other charges are calculated separately and are not discounted unless expressly stated otherwise.
Prices and availability may vary between stores and online where this is clearly disclosed. Images are for illustrative purposes only. Product colours and finishes may vary from their appearance in photographs or on screens.
The Sink Warehouse may correct genuine pricing, typographical or system errors. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

Stores located within Perth Metropolitan (Mandurah to Alkimos).
Bunbury Store services Bunbury, Eaton and Dalyellup only.
Most products are available to be shipped Australia wide.
SDI INSTALLATION TIMEFRAMES
· Standard installations are typically completed within:
· 7 business days (Perth Metro), 14 business days (Bunbury service area)
· Timeframes commence from the next trading day for orders placed after 2:00pm.
· Installation timeframes exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
· Installation appointments are available Monday to Friday only.
· While every effort is made to meet these timeframes, delays may occur due to supplier availability, customer access, weather conditions or installer scheduling.
SDI ADDITIONAL INSTALL CHARGES
The following charges may apply where additional plumbing works are required:
· Water supply relocation or modification: $149 + GST
· Waste pipe relocation or modification: $199 + GST
· Additional works are quoted by the licensed plumbing contractor prior to commencement.
Standard installation excludes, but is not limited to:
· Asbestos removal
· Concrete cutting
· Tiling
· Electrical work
· Structural building modifications
