If you make an enquiry or a booking, you will be required to provide your name, e-mail address, and country. You may also choose to provide us with additional information such as your address, phone number, age, and gender. Attention kids: If you are under the age of 18, be sure to ask your parents or guardian for permission before sending any personal information.

In addition, we collect general statistical and demographic information, including times of access, browser types, Internet addresses of referring pages, and pages visited most often. When you visit https://www.sinkwarehouse.com.au we also recognize your domain name.

Who May Process Data?

Your personal information, which includes your name, address and any other details you provide to us which concern you as an individual, will be used by us to process your booking.

We will use your information for the purpose of fulfilling bookings made by you, processing any other transactions authorized or made by you with us, informing you of special offers and providing other marketing information to you which we think you may find of interest and for the purpose of undertaking product or customer research and development.

The Sink Warehouse will not reveal to any third party your personal information, except in connection with processing your online order (see below) and except to the extent necessary to comply with applicable laws, police investigations, or in legal proceedings where such information is relevant. We may disclose demographic information in aggregate form to third parties.

In the unlikely event that a liquidator, administrator or receiver is appointed your information may be transferred to a third party purchaser of the business provided that purchaser undertakes to use your information for the same purposes as set out in this policy. We undertake not to provide your personal information to any third parties except in accordance with this policy.

Your information will not be disclosed to government or local authorities or other government institutions except as required by law or other binding regulations.

Product Descriptions

The Sink Warehouse attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, The Sink Warehouse does not warrant that service descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by The Sink Warehouse itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.

Price Guarantee Policy

The Sink Warehouse guarantees our customers that all items in store can be purchased for the price listed on the website.

This site is provided by The Sink Warehouse on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.

The Sink Warehouse makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express of implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, The Sink Warehouse disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

The Sink Warehouse does not warrant that this site, its servers, or emails sent from The Sink Warehouse are free of viruses or other harmful components. The Sink Warehouse will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages.

Certain laws do not allow limitations on implied warranties or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, some or all of the above disclaimers, exclusions, or limitations may not apply to you, and you might have additional rights.

Applicable Law

By visiting The Sink Warehouse, you agree that the laws of the state of Western Australia, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and The Sink Warehouse.

Purchase Of Services

Any purchases from The Sink Warehouse are strictly based on your agreement to the conditions outlined in this document.

Delivery Policy

We dispatch and deliver your purchase within the Perth Metro area for a fee of $140+GST per delivery, you may experience additional changes if deliveries require 2 people.

Deliveries outside the Metro area will be managed by a reputable courier and will be subject to their delivery times and quotations. If you require an urgent delivery, then please contact us and we will ensure your order is dispatched at the earliest opportunity. Please note there may be an additional charge depending on the type of service you require.

An able-bodied person must be present at the delivery address to sign acceptance for the goods. There are restrictions on what couriers can do and we cannot do any inside or upstairs deliveries. 

Please note that on occasions delivery can be delayed due to exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control.

We can only deliver to premises with easy access. Due to occupational health and safety regulations, we cannot deliver up stairways.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

Delivery requests can only be scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm. Any waiting time will incur additional fees payable by you. If no one is in attendance the goods will be returned to the warehouse incurring an additional fee payable by you.

We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all times specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the time of delivery.

On average, online orders will take up to 7 - 10 business days to be delivered. Fees will be calculated at checkout based on region and item weight. All items can be shipped Australia-wide unless explicitly stated in the product description. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Sink Warehouse if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquires with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately.

Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.

Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.

Returns & Refund Policy

The Sink Warehouse complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Nothing in this policy limits your ACL rights. You may be entitled to a remedy if goods are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not as described, unsafe or do not meet a consumer guarantee.

Change-of-Mind Returns
We may accept change-of-mind returns when the goods are returned within 60 days of purchase and all conditions below are met:

• Goods are unused, uninstalled, undamaged and in resaleable condition;
• Goods are complete with all parts, fittings, accessories and manuals;
• Goods are in original packaging, with packaging in good condition and free from damage, writing or excessive tape; and
• Proof of purchase is provided.

Approved change-of-mind returns within 60 days may be refunded to the original payment method, exchanged or issued as store credit, at our discretion. From 61-90 days after purchase, eligible goods may be accepted for store credit only, at our discretion. Change-of-mind returns are not available outside these return periods.

Restocking, Repackaging and Freight
A restocking, repackaging or handling fee of 20% may apply to approved change-of-mind returns, including returns within 60 days, where goods are bulky, fragile, supplier-returned, require inspection or repacking, have imperfect packaging, or create handling/resale costs. A restocking fee does not extend the return period or create a right to return goods outside the allowed return period.

Customers are responsible for return freight, transport and handling costs for change-of-mind returns. Supplier return or freight costs may be passed on where incurred. Restocking, repackaging and handling fees do not apply where goods are returned because they fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the ACL.

Items Not Returnable for Change of Mind
• Custom-made or special-order goods;
• AquaTile wall panels;
• Goods used, installed, attempted to be installed, cut, drilled, modified or altered;
• Seconds, scratch/dent, ex-display or display goods;
• Clearance, discontinued, run-out or end-of-line goods;
• Commercial quantities or project orders, unless approved in writing before purchase;
• Goods with damaged, missing or incomplete packaging;
• Goods not in resaleable condition or marked non-returnable before purchase.

Promotional sale items may be returned for change of mind if they meet the standard conditions, unless they fall into one of the excluded categories above.

AquaTile Wall Panels
AquaTile wall panels are bulky, oversized and special handling products. Due to their size, weight and transport requirements, AquaTile wall panels cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once ordered. Customers must check panel size, colour, quantity, trims, layout and suitability before ordering. We recommend confirming measurements and installation requirements before purchase. This does not affect ACL rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Unsuitable Goods
Please inspect goods as soon as possible after delivery or collection. Visible damage, incorrect supply, shortage or missing parts should be reported within 2 business days, and no later than 7 calendar days where practical, so we can investigate promptly. Do not install, cut, drill or use goods that appear damaged, incorrect, incomplete or faulty. Contact us before installation so the issue can be assessed.

If goods are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not as described, unsafe or fail to meet a consumer guarantee, we will provide a remedy in accordance with the ACL. This may include repair, replacement, refund or another remedy required by law. Claims about suitability, advice given or product performance will be assessed on their facts, including the information provided before purchase, the intended use and the condition of the goods.

Change-of-mind includes changes in plans, measurements, preferences or project requirements after purchase, and is subject to the timeframes, conditions and exclusions in this policy.

Installation and Inspection
Customers and tradespeople must check goods before installation, cutting, drilling or modification. To the extent permitted by law, The Sink Warehouse is not responsible for installation, removal, reinstallation or trade costs where visible damage, incorrect supply or obvious defects were installed despite being  reasonably identifiable before installation.

Return Process
To request a return, contact your nearest The Sink Warehouse store and provide proof of purchase. Goods must be returned in-store or by prior arrangement for delivery returns. All returns are subject to inspection before approval. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for purchase, unless we agree or are required to provide another remedy. Store credits are not redeemable for cash.
