Promotion period

Valid Monday 27 October 2025 to in-store close 4:00pm Saturday 29 November 2025 (local store time).
Online promotion ends 11:59pm Monday 1 December 2025, unless otherwise stated.

Offers

Mega Reno Sale: Discounts on selected products during the promotion period as marked in the catalogue and/or online.
DIY flat-pack/modular cabinetry: 10% off full-price items during the promotion period.
Kitchen & Laundry sink/trough packages: already reduced; no further discounts apply.
Fluted Vanity Packages: bundled pricing; no further discount. Only the 8 listed basins are available in the package. Fluted Vanity “A” can accommodate Sauna, Fluted 365 or Shore basins only. Tapware not included unless stated.
Skew Toilet Suite: 10% off*.

Exclusions

Gift cards, delivery/freight, installation/services (including “Supplied • Delivered • Installed” packages unless expressly included), commercial/trade pricing, custom or special orders, and products already discounted (in-store or online).
Packs/Bundles (including Curated Sink Packages and Fluted Vanity Packages) are excluded from further percentage overlays or coupons.

Cabinetry services

Design consultations (kitchen & laundry): available at all store locations in WA. Remote or interstate consults via Zoom (or similar) are available.
Cabinetry installation: Greater Perth only. Check postcode eligibility with our design team.

Delivery

Bulky/oversized items may attract higher delivery fees.
If online freight at checkout appears too high, call 1300 301 000 for alternative delivery options.

Special offers & installation services

“A New Toilet — Supplied, Delivered & Installed in 7 days*! ” (‘SDI Toilets’, p. 22)

Only applied to Odesa Toilet Suite & Madrid Toilet Suite.
Offer available for selected toilet suites during the promotion period
Offer only applies to Metro Perth areas. (Perth Metro only, Mandurah → Alkimos).

Current offers:
WCMADRIDSDI: $1,190 (includes: supply, delivery and install.
WCODESASDI: $895 (includes: supply, delivery and install.
Timeframe: standard installs normally completed within 7 days of order confirmation, subject to stock, site access and installer scheduling.
7 days starts next trading day for orders placed after 2pm; excludes Sundays and public holidays; installs occur Mon–Fri.
Additional charges may apply for modifications (e.g., water relocation $99 + GST, waste relocation $149 + GST).
Installation excludes non-standard works (e.g., asbestos removal, concrete cutting, tiling, electrical modifications).
No further discounts apply to SDI Toilets.

Returns & warranties

Standard returns apply unless stated (clearance/scratch & dent/ex-display, special orders and services are typically non-returnable).
Manufacturer warranties apply per brand/product. Tapware warranty indicators **, ***, **** refer to details available online (see relevant product pages).
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.

Consumer guarantees (Australia)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure is not major.

Extra 5% Off*: An additional 5% discount applied to selected full-price and selected sale items during Black Friday Week.
The Extra 5% Off applies only where clearly marked online or in-store.
Some products may have a reduced discount compared to standard Mega Reno Sale catalogue pricing (i.e., not all items will be 25% off during Black Friday Week).

Exclusions

The following are excluded from the Extra 5% Off unless explicitly marked:
