Osborne Park Store – Who Said Customer Service Is Dead?

Who said good old customer service is dead?

My very pleasing experience started from the moment I arrived at the counter Wednesday afternoon 08/02/17 where I was promptly served by Colleen who I found to be exceptional in attending to my warranty enquiry.

She displayed the most pleasant and efficient customer service in satisfying my enquiry, entered the warranty details into your system and advised me I would be contacted from someone in customer service.

Within the hour I were contacted by a very polite Micah in the warranty department who just wanted a few details regarding the warranty problem she then informed that a plumbing contractor would contact me to arrange to replace the faulty tap.

Later in the afternoon I was contacted by your contractor Martin to advise he could replace the tap at my convenience to which I said Thursday would be ideal as my wife will be home, it was amazing how he could fit in around us.

The tap was replaced Thursday 09/02/17.

It would be remiss of myself to not express the utmost satisfaction experienced in having the tap replaced.

We intend to carry out improvements to both our bathrooms in the near future and The Sink Warehouse is the only place we are going to shop.

Once again thanks to all for a very satisfying experience.
