Terms & Conditions

  • Supply, delivery, and installation packages are available for selected toilet suites during the promotion period.
  • Current promotions (Perth Metro only, from Mandurah to Alkimos):
    • WCMADRIDSDI Toilet Suite: $1190.
    • WCODESASDI Toilet Suite: $895.
  • Installation timeframe: Standard installation is normally completed within 7 days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability, customer site access, and installer scheduling.
  • While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, delays may occur due to supplier, contractor, or customer availability.
  • Additional charges may be invoiced directly by our licensed plumbing contractor if modifications are required, including (but not limited to):
    • Water supply relocation or modification: $99 + GST
    • Waste pipe relocation or modification: $149 + GST
  • Installation services are available in Perth Metro only.
  • Installation excludes non-standard works (e.g. asbestos removal, concrete cutting, tiling, electrical modifications).
  • 7 days commences from the next trading day when ordered after 2pm; excludes Sundays and public holidays; installs occur Monday–Friday.
