Terms & Conditions

  • Supply, delivery, and installation packages are available for selected toilet suites during the promotion period.
  • Current promotions (Perth Metro only, from Mandurah to Alkimos):
    • WCMADRIDSDI Toilet Suite: $1,290 (includes removal and disposal of the existing toilet).
    • WCVALLETASDI Toilet Suite: $995 (includes removal and disposal of the existing toilet).
  • Installation timeframe: Standard installation is normally completed within 7 days of order confirmation, subject to stock availability, customer site access, and installer scheduling.
  • While we make every effort to meet this timeframe, delays may occur due to supplier, contractor, or customer availability.
  • Additional charges may be invoiced directly by our licensed plumbing contractor if modifications are required, including (but not limited to):
    • Water supply relocation or modification: $99 + GST
    • Waste pipe relocation or modification: $149 + GST
  • Installation services are available in Perth Metro only. If unsure, please confirm postcode eligibility with our team prior to purchase.
  • Installation excludes non-standard works (e.g. asbestos removal, concrete cutting, tiling, electrical modifications).
