I would like to commend one of your staff – Harry Welmink on his courteous and very helpful advice and assistance with my problematic but much loved Antiqua Twin Lever mixer. It is encouraging to know that there are still some companies out there that employ staff that have not forgotten about the importance of good customer service. I was actually shocked that I did not get fobbed off as is often the case when people have a problem with a product. Much again thanks for the help that is obviously supported and valued by your company.
