Purchase Of Services
Any purchases from The Sink Warehouse are strictly based on your agreement to the conditions outlined in this document.
Delivery Policy
We dispatch and deliver your purchase within the Perth Metro area for a fee of $110 per delivery, you may experience additional changes if deliveries require 2 people.
Deliveries outside the Metro area will be managed by a reputable courier and will be subject to their delivery times and quotations. If you require an urgent delivery, then please contact us and we will ensure your order is dispatched at the earliest opportunity. Please note there may be an additional charge depending on the type of service you require.
An able-bodied person must be present at the delivery address to sign acceptance for the goods. There are restrictions on what couriers can do and we cannot do any inside or upstairs deliveries.
Please note that on occasions delivery can be delayed due to exceptional circumstances that are beyond our control.
We can only deliver to premises with easy access. Due to occupational health and safety regulations, we cannot deliver up stairways.
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.
Delivery requests can only be scheduled between 9 am and 5 pm. Any waiting time will incur additional fees payable by you. If no one is in attendance the goods will be returned to the warehouse incurring an additional fee payable by you.
We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery of all parcels and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all times specified are estimates only. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the time of delivery.
On average, online orders will take up to 7 - 10 business days to be delivered. Fees will be calculated at checkout based on region and item weight. All items can be shipped Australia-wide unless explicitly stated in the product description.
It is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Sink Warehouse if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquires with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.
We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not dispatch a replacement item immediately.
Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Returns & Refund Policy
We will gladly accept all goods back for credit or refund within 90 days of purchase with the exception of special orders ie. “Goods ordered in that we would otherwise not keep in stock”. These goods may not be returned. All returns of defective or incorrectly shipped items will be replaced or credited in full. A full refund or replacement includes shipping costs and will be available in the instance of major product faults/defects as per Australian Consumer Law.
If you wish to return a product for any reason other than defect or incorrect shipment, we will accept your return under the following conditions.
Return all products in the original packaging. You must include with the return all manuals’ accessories and parts to obtain full credit. Following receipt of the merchandise a replacement will be delivered to you or we will credit your account.
We cannot accept damaged merchandise that was not inspected by the customer on the original delivery. If a customer signs for a delivery and does not note any damage, no return will be issued.
No returns can be accepted for parts which we do not stock that we special order for you. Once your order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. This is the policy of our distributor, and we have no control over it. We will let you know in advance if the item must be special ordered.
No returns will be accepted for any part that has been installed. If a part that is returned is found to have been installed, no refund will be issued.
No parts that are damaged in shipment may be returned for credit or exchange. We are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
